Dr. Stefan G. Chevalier’s regular office hours are:

Monday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Thursday 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

In the event of a life threatening medical emergency, call medical emergency services at 911 immediately. DO NOT WAIT! Inform the emergency room staff that you are a patient of Dr. Stefan Chevalier, and they will contact us.

If you have an urgent medical need and need to talk to Dr. Chevalier after our regular hours, please call our office at (845) 703-1225. A doctor is on-call 24 hours a day. Your call will be returned promptly.

If you have a question related to your bill or insurance, please contact the billing specialists at the office of Dr. Stefan Chevalier at  (845) 703-1225.

We accept Medicare and most major insurance plans. We do not accept Medicaid. Please contact your insurance company or you may call our office at (845) 703-1225 to find out if we accept your insurance plan. If your insurance plan requires you to pay a co-payment, co-insurance, and/or a deductible, you will need to pay at the time of your visit. For your convenience we accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.  We also accept the following credit plans:
